In order to implement long-term strategic development and build a modern super-large steel base, WISCO put into operation two 210-ton large converters in the fourth branch plant at the end of 2007. The sublance systems & steelmaking model system designed by Wuhan Chuangte Automation Co., Ltd. has been successfully put into operation simultaneously.
After more than a year of stable operation, the control system has successfully completed the project acceptance and stable operation, and all index data have met the design requirements. And the 1# converter has successfully realized one-key steelmaking for each furnace.
